Full recordings of the Second Forum on Domestic Violence and the 1980 Child Abduction Convention, held in Fortaleza, Brazil, from 27 to 30 October 2025. The event is organized by the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) in cooperation with the Government of Brazil, bringing together judges, Central Authorities and experts from multiple jurisdictions to discuss the application of Article 13(1)(b) of the 1980 Hague Convention — the grave risk exception in cases involving domestic violence.
