Informational Notice and Professional Reference Sources
Professional identity, editorial contributions, public records and legal research resources, with their respective evidential scope.
MF Ejchel International Family Law provides information on International Family Law and matters involving Brazil. This notice identifies the professional responsible for the website and distinguishes professional details, editorial contributions, public identifiers and resources published by independent organisations.
An institutional website, directory entry, interview and published legal contribution do not establish the same facts. A source should be used for the particular information it supports. The inclusion of a link does not imply an institutional affiliation, government approval, professional ranking or endorsement of the firm’s services.

The practice concerns international family disputes involving Brazil, including Hague Convention return proceedings, custody and relocation, divorce, maintenance and cross-border property questions. Professional registration should be checked through the competent Brazilian Bar sources. A university’s general website is an institutional reference rather than an individual degree certificate.
Editorial contributions and public legal commentary
Chambers and Partners’ Family Law 2026 — Brazil identifies Dr. Mauricio Ejchel as the author of its Trends and Developments contribution. That authorship is an editorial contribution to a practice guide. It should be distinguished from a separate professional ranking or award; the publisher’s own terms and qualifications govern its presentation.
Public legal commentary is another form of professional participation. The iG Gente report of 21 July 2025 concerning repatriation of remains quotes Dr. Mauricio Ejchel on the subject. UOL Esporte’s report of 5 November 2018 concerning a passport-retention order also identifies him as a legal commentator. These references establish the published commentary and its historical context; they do not establish that he represented every person discussed.
A dated interview should be read as a source from that date. It is not a statement of a case’s present procedural position, a current price quotation or a guarantee that the same legal response applies to another matter. A legal proposition intended for present use requires examination of the applicable law and relevant judicial decisions.
Public identifiers and source attribution
The public ORCID record associated with Mauricio Ejchel is identified by 0009-0003-8461-6995. It provides a persistent reference for distinguishing authors and locating works. The record itself identifies the source of its entries; information entered by the holder must not be represented as independent certification by ORCID.
Publisher records and the actual published work should be consulted when verifying authorship. Professional registration, academic qualifications, institutional affiliations and directory classifications should each be assessed through the appropriate source. One identifier or general portal cannot substitute for all of those enquiries.
The official website is the firm’s own publication channel. Its articles, Manual and other reference works can be located through the resources below. Their availability does not convert an external organisation into a sponsor or imply that a public authority endorses a particular lawyer.

Publishers, media and professional directories
These independent publishers and platforms offer different types of material, ranging from legal publications and journalism to directories and user-maintained profiles. A link to a platform’s homepage is a navigation resource, not evidence that the platform has conferred a credential or reviewed the quality of the firm’s work. International family-law resources and enquiries
The United States Embassy’s attorney-information resources, Reunite International and Careful Child Relocation provide different forms of information for cross-border matters. Their own descriptions, eligibility rules and terms determine the assistance available. A resource link is not an assertion of membership, referral status or government vetting.
For an enquiry concerning a particular matter, identify the countries involved, the subject and any existing proceedings or urgent dates. Initial contact should be distinguished from an agreement to provide professional services. Documents concerning children, financial affairs or litigation should be shared through an appropriate professional channel rather than posted publicly.
Website material is general information. A legal assessment depends on the relevant facts, documents, applicable law and procedural position. No publication or media appearance establishes that the same result is available in another case.
